2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.

2.3 Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and payment details. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations by Customers:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellations by MnembaIsland.com:

In the rare event that we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Tour Policies

4.1 Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

4.2 MnembaIsland.com reserves the right to deny participation to guests who are late, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or deemed unfit for the tour.

4.3 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. MnembaIsland.com will not be held liable for lost or damaged items.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Guests must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their participation in the tour.

5.2 MnembaIsland.com follows strict safety protocols. However, guests participate at their own risk and are required to follow instructions from guides and staff.

5.3 In the event of an emergency, guests must notify the guide immediately.

6. Use of Website
