Bring swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a towel, a hat, sunglasses, and a waterproof pouch for your phone. We provide snorkeling gear, drinking water, and guidance before you enter the water.
2Will we see dolphins?+
Dolphins are often seen around the northeast coast, especially in the morning, but they are wild animals and sightings cannot be guaranteed. Our crew follows respectful viewing practices and avoids chasing or crowding marine life.
3Is pickup included?+
Pickup can be arranged from most Zanzibar hotels. Some areas may include an additional transfer fee depending on distance and pickup time. Your confirmation will include exact pickup details.
4What is the best time of year to visit?+
Mnemba Island tours run year-round, with the clearest conditions often during the dry seasons from June to October and December to March. Early mornings usually offer calmer seas and better visibility.
5Are children allowed on the tours?+
Yes. Families are welcome, and our crew helps children and first-time snorkelers feel comfortable. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the boat and in the water.

10What is the cancellation policy?+
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are refunded at 50%. No-shows are non-refundable. Weather cancellations initiated by us are fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.
