These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile experiences, and booking services operated by Mnemba Island Zanzibar | Tours, Prices and Tickets("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We arrange guided Mnemba Island snorkeling, dolphin-watching, boat, transfer, and Zanzibar combo experiences. Tour descriptions, durations, pickup options, and prices shown on our site are based on information we believe to be accurate at the time of publication. We reserve the right to adjust schedules, routes, or guides when required for safety, marine conditions, weather, or operational reasons.

You may register with an email and password or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details so we can send booking confirmations and important tour updates.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or abuse our staff or other guests.

When you complete a booking, you offer to purchase the selected tour on the terms shown at checkout (date, time, party size, add-ons, and total price). A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation reference and we accept payment where payment is required at booking.

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Stripe). Card and wallet details are handled directly by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the tour package and what is stated on the tour page or in your booking confirmation. Free cancellation windows, if offered, apply only when you cancel within the stated period before the tour start time.

No-shows, late arrivals that miss the departure, or failure to provide accurate pickup information may not qualify for a refund. If we cancel a tour for operational or safety reasons, we will offer a reschedule or refund as appropriate.

Marine tours involve boat travel, swimming, snorkeling, sun exposure, and changing sea conditions. You participate at your own risk. Follow your guide's instructions, wear safety equipment where provided, and respect marine rules, coral reefs, dolphins, turtles, and other marine life.

You must disclose relevant health conditions or mobility limitations before the tour so we can advise whether a package is suitable. Intoxication, harassment, littering, or disturbing marine life may result in removal from a tour without refund.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content in connection with our services. You confirm you have the right to share the content and that it is truthful and not misleading.

Our branding, website design, text, images, and tour materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or resell our content or services without written permission.

Except where prohibited by law, our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or specific marine life sightings, dolphin sightings, or sea conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in a tour.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised with us at info@mnembaisland.com. Courts in Zanzibar or mainland Tanzania may have jurisdiction depending on the nature of the dispute.
